Your privacy matters to us. This page explains exactly what data we collect from you, why, who may see it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What We Collect

• Full name: so we know whose order it is and can put it on the invoice.
• Mobile number: so we can contact you to confirm the order, and so the courier can reach you.
• Emirate and detailed address: for delivery only. We do not ask for them if you choose branch pickup.
• Order notes if you write them, and your email if you send us a message through the contact form.

How We Use It

• Preparing, confirming, and delivering your order.
• Contacting you about your order or an exchange.
• Replying to your enquiry if you message us.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your data or share it with any third party, except the delivery company that brings your order, and we give it only your name, phone number, and address because these are needed for delivery. The only other exception is if we are formally required to do so under UAE law.

Payment Data

We take payment in cash on delivery only. The website never asks for or stores any payment details.

Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to ask at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will action your request. Note that completed order records may be kept for the period required for accounting records.
