• Exchange is available within 5 days only from the date you receive your order.
• There are no cash refunds at all.
• Exchange is for another product from the store only.

Item Condition

• The item is in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
• The original tag is still attached and has not been removed.
• The item is in its original bag or packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

Exchange at Our Branches

You can also exchange at any of our four branches within the same 5 days. Bring the item in its original condition with the tag and your order number.
